Refund and Cancellation 

This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations for services like job postings, event listings, and webinar registrations on OceanM. Please review this policy before making a purchase.

1. Job and Event Posting Fees

​

  • Cancellations: Once a job or event post is published on OceanM, it cannot be canceled. Please review your listing carefully before submitting.

  • Refunds: All payments for job and event postings are non-refundable once the post is live. For issues caused by technical errors on our part, please contact support for assistance.

2. Webinar Registration Fees

​

  • Cancellations: Webinar registration fees are non-refundable once payment is processed. However, cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances may be eligible for a partial or full credit toward future webinars, at OceanM’s discretion.

  • Refunds: Refunds for webinar fees will be issued only if the session is canceled by OceanM due to technical issues or speaker unavailability. Refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 7-10 business days. If you haven't received your refund after this period, please reach out to us via the Help Center.


3. General Terms

 

  • Technical Issues: If technical issues prevent access to any paid service, please submit a ticket to our Help Center within 24 hours. We will investigate and, if appropriate, issue a refund to the original payment source.

  • Payment Disputes: Any payment disputes must be raised within 7 days of the transaction date. After this period, no refunds or adjustments will be provided.
